I highly recommend this.
It's based on true events of the survival of this family during Tsunami.
Profound and touching.
I teared most parts of the movie. The girl behind me sobbed loudly all the way through. The one sitting beside me, cried while biting into her sausage bread wtf true story (the girl i mean, not the movie)
Love it.
Close Your Eyes. Think of Something Nice.
Not So Finger Licking Good.
It's Friday! I finally sat down and fb a little and just found out about the whole KFC issue since the youtube flooded my FB News Feed.
All I want to say is Malaysians really have too much free time on their hands. Always trying to create racial tension over everything and anything. For all we know, the customer had been swearing and cursing at the KFC staff before the whole beating begins. Right? Nobody knows right? If he had said nothing to deserve any beating, still, it's not a racial issue at all. It's just a case of very very very bad customer service.
Chillax la everybody. Boycott what boycott? I've met really nice KFC behind-the-counter staffs who did great job!
The Long Distance Relationship.
Step & I have been in a long distance relationship for almost 3 years now. There're weak moments where I tell myself I just couldn't do it anymore. It's not easy, that's what I can tell you. It takes hell lot of faith and trust, time and effort, commitment and determination, patience and understanding. But I think we're doing pretty good so far.
I like this short film. It reminds me to savor, appreciate and live in the moment.
He does make mistakes. He does make me angry sometimes.
He's not perfect. But he's trying to be, for me.
Sweet Surprise.
How nice it is if I'm a kid again. Those times when I don't know anything and get excited over everything.
“The moments of happiness we enjoy take us by surprise. It is not that we seize them, but that they seize us.”
Rolling In The Deep
I had always preferred Piano / Cello version of any songs.
I love Jon Schmidt. I love him ever since I heard of his Love Story vs Viva La Vida. Beats every other version of this song out there.
Dear Malaysians
Beautiful video. Beautiful message.
Love the background song. It's by a local artist Min'z titled 'For Forgiveness'.
Malaysians really make me laugh sometimes.
"Dear Malaysian :I'm sorry,i always think that Chinese was greedy,Malay was lazy and Indian was drunkard.I shouldn't think this way and please forgive me."
"Dear Ladies.... On behalf of most guys...sorry for staring at your assets."
"sorry, i blame others after farting"
Eat. Learn. Move.
3 guys, 44 days, 11 countries, 18 flights, 38 thousand miles, an exploding volcano, 2 cameras and almost a terabyte of footage... all to turn 3 ambitious linear concepts based on movement, learning and food, into 3 beautiful and hopefully compelling short films.

Banana Pancakes.
It's surprising how a little song like this can bring back so much memories.
You probably would think it's boring but I like how chillax Jack Johnson is.
That winter when I first listen to Jack Johnson, I tried ordering banana pancakes from Video Cafe but they're out of it every time (banana not in season?) so we had to take the blueberry pancakes instead. I tried to search for some photo and this is the only one I have wtf but it's okay I can still remember the cafe clearly. I guess when you enjoy the moment you won't bother taking photos. I wonder if Video Cafe is still open now though, because even back then there weren't many customers. Actually I meant no customers at all..except...that old woman at the corner, which I doubt she pays also. It's called Video Cafe because...they play videos duh I mean you can sit there whole night watching movies after movies but just pay for a $3 hot chocolate.
Sikit Saje Tear Gas!
This is our PM.
Vote wisely.
It's not just about "liking" a FB page asking for whoever's resignation. Register and vote. Nobody knows whether the opposition parties are good enough. For all you know, they could be another disgrace to the country but everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves. We need to exercise our rights and let whoever's up there know that they shouldn't get too comfortable just because they got up there. If we can put them up there, we can definitely bring them down.

Obedient Wives Club
"Just yesterday, there was a story about a man who hit his wife with a lesung (pounding stone) because she refused to have lunch with him. Do you believe that? It does not make sense. Just because of lunch, a man would hit his wife until she is hospitalised? I'm sure it is because she did not give him any the night before. That's why he was furious with her."

I think we are all very familiar already with the infamous Obedient Wives Club. I admit I'm kinda slow in following all the news. I've heard of this BFM interview with OWC and also present were Marina Mahathir and Dr Ahmad, but did not listen to it, until today.
"What if you don't feel like it? What if you have a headache?"
YOU STILL PERFORM. DO IT FOR GOD. NOT JUST FOR YOUR HUSBAND.
Watch this.
MM: "Are you a lesser person than your husband"
Azalina:"I do not mind admitting it."
Host: "But all man are created equal."
Dr Azalina: "yes. MAN!" --> clearly she only understood it as lelaki
She clearly need to check the dictionary on what does man mean. She doesnt have access to dictionary.com? Need MM to educate her? It's hilarious how Marina Mahathir keep smirking on Dr Azalina's comments.
"The authorities have come up with a lot of solutions and conducted various raids or operations to nip these social problems, but they still exist. The solution we are proposing is one that is guaranteed to work, as it is backed by the Quran," she explains.
Oh please! The way to curb prostitution, dumbass, is to close down all the prostitution dens and sapu them every single day and fucking whip all the man who engaged the service of prostitutes okay. NOT be a FOLLOWER to your husband. We have fought for gender equality for centuries and now you came up with this club to bring us all back to dinosaur years?
"God made Adam first. Saying we are equal is not true."
Maybe God should remove you from the face of earth first.
Annoying Orange
Oh my god I just spent the last 2 hours watching the Annoying Orange! And Annoying Orange is REALLY VERY ANNOYINGGGGGGGGGGG.
Err you don't know what's Annoying Orange? This one here.
Credit: http://youtube.wikia.com/wiki/The_Annoying_Orange_%28character%29
"Orange is young, silly, innocent, tiny, extremely funny, and happy-go-lucky, and enjoys doing tricks and telling jokes to everyone. He is known for driving people crazy by annoying them by doing tricks and jokes. Orange keeps on telling jokes until the other character(s) goes stark-raving mad.
He is described by his friends as being a moron, idiotic, and irritating."
Watch thisLOLOLOLOL "Hey Apple you look fruity Heh-hee ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!" LOLOLOL
Annoying orange is indeed very annoying rightttttttttttttt.
Okay end of sharing. I shall get back to reality and pretend I have a life now hmmm.
Officially a Gleek!
I just downloaded all episodes of Glee S1 & S2. You haven't? Go do it NAOOO if not you can catch them on TV. I believe it's showing now anyway. Super lovE! I listen to these youtubes over & over again. I actually thought their version of songs are all better than the original!
You guys have probably watched this over a million times already but I don't care! I'm sharing it anyhow!
super lousy version of Telephone Lady Gaga by Charice. Charice is the new girl in school and they're trying to get her to join Glee Club. If you don't know Charice please google her up. She's the 14 year old girl singing along with Celine Dion and then got so famous it's not even funny.
Teenage Dream
Umbrella full auditorium performance. Gwenyth Paltrow? Is that her? she can sing???
Over the Rainbow for the season finale - My super favorite song of all time, doesn't matter whose version. I totally dig that simple song! Everyone has got their ONE song that they don't mind listening to over and over again over the years. Okay lah maybe mine is 'Wonderful Tonight' & 'Over the Rainbow' haha.
Very short version of Empire State of Mind. The unpopular Glee Club tried to perform some 'IN' music for a change during school time to encourage students to join. But still nobody wanted to join after that lol.
I love flash mobs they're all fucking awesome! I mean ANY songs, not just Glee's. My all time favorite is still the Do Re Mi FlashMob in Antwerp train station.
Glee have a few in Seattle & Madrid or something like that. Youtube them!
Awwwwww I miss dancing! I'm not very good at it but one of my best kept memories is when I was with Danzity practicing every other day. Truly missed those old times where I truly feel really happy everytime class finishes <3 I'm checking out dance studios here in Spore but 1st, they're a tad bit pricey and 2nd, they're mostly filled with young pretty teenagers. Me? I fear I feel out of place for being the old one tsk tsk
FLASH MOB in MALAYSIAAAAAAA. Other flash mobs have at least 200k viewers. Malaysia's max only 20k viewers. haha. funny la.
If Glee crew does a stage performance anywhere near me I'm definitely going!
Disconnect to Connect
I think I am one of the very few people who didn't spend all their available minutes on their iPhone. Even when I first bought it, I didn't use it on the day itself and I didn't start installing apps until a month later. After 6 months of owning it, I don't play any of the iPhone games and my apps are all critical ones like "SG Buses" "Comfort Cab". Well, I tried and I failed. It really couldn't keep me interested for more than...1 minute?
My ringtone was the default ringtone, so was my sms tone and also my alarm clock tone. In fact, all of them are actually the same tone wtf.
One day in office I was happily working when I heard my colleague laughing at Donny. They always say he's damn ah pek and everything he use is very ah pek-ish. So when he got his iPhone and his phone rang with the default ringtone, everybody laughed at him! So I quickly switched mine to vibrate, went home and googled "How to use own song as iPhone ringtone" WTF so I go through the step by step on how to use your own customized song as ringtone. and now I have Jack Johnson as my ringtone *flips hair
Even my 5 year old nephew took my phone and say "ei! why no picture". He was referring to my iPhone wallpaper which is the default grey bubble picture which you get when you upgrade to iOS4.0.
The other day we were hanging out at the cafe and XiaoJun kept taking our photos with Sock's iPhone4. She also used this app which I forgot what name already and combined the photos and this and that. She takes your photo when you're not paying attention so most of them are candids.
Sock has to teach me which app to install so she can transfer her iPhone photos to me. And then after all the transfer completed, she had to teach me where to view the photos wtf. Why am I like that!
So now I have a different wallpaper and I'm finally "IN" now wooooooooooooohooo!
By the way, if you're one of those I-people who are irritating and ignorant towards your surrounding, remember to disconnect to connect!
First of May
When I was in Donny's car today, he was playing this CD and I loved it. They told me it's Olivia Ong, a Singaporean singer. If you watch Little Nyonya, you should know who she is because she sang the theme song for the series.

I came home and downloaded all her songs.
Fly Me To The Moon
One of my favorite of all times - First of May.
Enjoy!
